Aspiring entertainers, Thanksgiving enthusiasts and Martha Stewart fans– this might be your chance.

As reported by the NY Post, for the first time ever, and for one night only, Martha Stewart has put up her charming Bedford, New York, farm’s Tenant House, for rent.  Available only November 18, the Saturday before Thanksgiving,  the 1,800 square foot guest home will be available on booking.com.

Stewart, 82, the retail businesswoman, writer, television personality and founder of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, has made her name a household name by focusing on the home and hospitality.  Now she is opening her home for a once in a lifetime “Martha Stewart’s Thanksgiving-Inspired Farm Stay.”  The guesthouse features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is surrounded by Stewart’s meticulously landscaped gardens and her original famed greenhouse.  The home sits on Stewart’s sprawling 153-acre estate known as Cantitoe Corners in Westchester County, to the north of New York City.  Stewart had purchased the estate in 2000 for $15.2 million.  It is often featured on her popular Instagram page.  Stewart herself describes it as enchanting, with its picturesque gardens, linden tree-lined, with whimsical topiaries, majestic maples and a hedge maze to top it off.

The Tenant House itself is a cozy and inviting space, dating back to 1884. It has numerous windows producing an abundance of natural light, an open-shelf kitchen, an espresso maker, a farmhouse sink and comfortable furnishings in neutral tones with dashes of color, as per the listing.  Amenities include free private parking for one car, wireless internet, a kitchen, a terrace, a garden and a flat-screen TV. Children, pets and smoking are not allowed.

Most unbelievable of all, the stay is priced at just $11.23, to honor the date of Thanksgiving.  Guests must be 21 or older, sign a non-disclosure agreement, and undergo security screening before entering the property.  The guests also may not cook in the kitchen, but all meals will be provided. “Whoever the lucky couple is, I think they will have a lovely time and be entranced with the charm of Bedford. … the whole township is just beautiful,” Stewart told CNN.

Per the Post, the stay will begin with a 10 a.m. check-in, complete with a tour of the Tenant House, the gardens, stables, chicken coop and the estate, led by Stewart’s head gardener, Ryan McCallister.  The day’s Thanksgiving-themed itinerary continues with a lesson in wreath-making and table-setting by Kevin Sharkey, the executive vice president and executive director of design of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.  The day can include a hike at the nearby Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, a county park just down the road from Martha’s farm, or time spent on the estate marveling at the many different animals on Martha’s own property.

Undoubtably, the most notable part of the trip will be brunch with Stewart herself, at her Maple Avenue House on the property, in which her show “Martha Cooks” is regularly filmed. The meal will be cooked by James Beard award-winning chef Thomas Joseph, who is also executive vice president of culinary at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.  To top it all off, the price of the stay includes airport transfers, and even off-property lunch and dinner at Stewart’s recommended restaurants.
