Enthusiastically joining Mr. Bandelli in this endeavor were his wife Ann, his son Stanford, (who is a lawyer and former New York City prosecutor) his daughter Andrea who is a former social worker, and long-time employee Lisa Romeo. The Bandelli Agency works with such major insurance carriers as Travelers, Progressive, The Hartford, Kingstone, AutoOne, Country-Wide, Adironack, Ocean Harbor, Occidental, CHUBB, Interboro, Met Life, Bankers Life, US Life, Prudential Life, John Hancock and many more.
Subsequent to Hurricane Sandy and the severe losses and devastation that their clients suffered, the Bandelli Agency re-directed their time and resources to learning more about flood insurance in order to provide their clients with coverage that would protect them in the event of future storms. The agency placed ads and mailed flyers to express their desire to explain and write flood insurance in all nearby areas, from Seagate, all the way east to the Rockaways, including Breezy Point. They are designed to inform their neighbors of the major changes that FEMA plans to implement within the National Flood Insurance Program starting January 2019.
Clients and community members alike have often wondered about the man who inspired the creation of this insurance agency that has had such a remarkably positive impact on the neighborhoods that they serve.
Mr. Bandelli attended the City College of New York where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Subsequent to the completion of his undergraduate degree, Mr. Bandelli was employed at the Food & Drug Administration, The Mennen Company, and as an emergency technician for nearly a decade with hospitals in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. It was at this juncture in time that Mr. Bandelli made a paradigm career shift and became an insurance sales agent for Allstate.
After dedicating himself to his clients at Allstate for almost 30 years, Mr. Bandelli decided to establish his own agency so that he could offer clients his personalized attention and guidance as a private insurance broker. Enthusiastically joining Mr. Bandelli in this endeavor were his wife Ann, his son Stanford, (who is a lawyer and former New York City prosecutor) his daughter Andrea who is a former social worker, and long-time employee Lisa Romeo. Mr. Bandelli’s daughter Lisa Bandelli is an attorney for Guardian Life Insurance in Manhattan.

Recently, Mr. Bandelli added to the list of honors that have been accorded to him over the span of decades. In October of 2018, Mr. Bandelli was acknowledged by the Neighborhood Housing Services of Brooklyn for helping to connect the NHS with residents who have been adversely affected by Superstorm Sandy.
